Ring Binders

Stock A4 ring binders that can be personalised by the customer are undoubtedly our most popular item. The standard binder is white PVC over board and can be fitted with 2 or 4 ring mechanisms in with any internal capacity from 15mm to 65mm. The ring binder has clear, full height pockets fitted on the outside of the front spine and back covers. The pockets are open at the top so that the customer can insert their own print. The beauty of this system is that the customer can update company information as required without needing to ditch the ring binders, a very cost effective method of presenting information. This style of ring binder can be delivered to the customer within 3-5working days from receipt of order.

Ring binders can be custom made to suit the particular requirements of each customer. A popular addition to many of our binders and folders is the insertion of a self adhesive CD holder or diskette pocket onto the inside cover, front or back, of the binder. Business card pockets are another useful extra. Also available are a variety of polypropylene pockets with binding margin to keep documents in pristine condition.

Almost indestructible and relatively inexpensive this material is available in a range of colours, opaque or frosted, and the folders can be produced with whatever sized ring mechanism you require. The classic polypropylene document wallet case is useful for conferences because it can easily take CDs as well as papers. In the1890’s business records were laboriously handwritten into ledgers which were stored in office pigeon holes. A jewellery repair man in 1893 is said to have invented ring binders to take loose leaf paper reports although his name is not recorded. In more recent times and before the invention of plastics, binders were made by gluing cloth over 3 pieces of chip board. Today we can produce ring binders from leather, PU, PVC, Polypropylene, paper over board, linen and metal.
